The one herb that sort of takes on a life of it’s own is Basil. No matter what the conditions it grows well and gets huge. This year I have the biggest leaves I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what I did differently or if it is just a fluke! Either way I love cooking with basil and the bigger the leaves, the better. One of my favorite dishes to make is Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken. This is a favorite of my family and it’s a summer supper staple around here.
